4 India support staff memebers in isolation after Shastri's positive lateral flow test(AP)

The choice by the BCCI was taken after Shastri returned positive in a lateral flow test. The three different individuals who were sent separation are bowling trainer Bharat Arun, handling mentor R Sridhar, and physiotherapist Nitin Patel. 

Four of Team India's care staff individuals including lead trainer Ravi Shastri were sent in disconnection as Covid-19 apprehensions held the Indian cricket crew in England on Sunday. 

The choice by the BCCI was taken after Shastri returned positive in a horizontal stream test. The three different individuals who were sent separation are bowling trainer Bharat Arun, handling mentor R Sridhar, and physiotherapist Nitin Patel.

“The BCCI Medical Team has isolated Mr Ravi Shastri, Head Coach, Mr B. Arun, Bowling Coach, Mr R. Sridhar, Fielding Coach and Mr Nitin Patel, Physiotherapist as a precautionary measure after Mr Shastri’s lateral flow test returned positive last evening,” BCCI said in a release.

They have gone through RT-PCR testing and will stay in the group lodging and not travel with Team India until affirmation from the clinical group. 

The leftover individuals from the Team India unforeseen went through two Lateral Flow Tests – one final evening and another earlier today. The individuals after returning negative Covid reports were permitted to continue for Day 4 of the continuous fourth Test at The Oval.
