Sherfane Rutherford to Leave IPL 2021 Bio-Bubble After Father's Demise

The second period of the IPL is ongoing in the UAE. After much dissatisfaction post the finish of the first leg, the BCCI in any case figured out how to lead the second leg.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) batsman, Sherfane Rutherford will be feeling the loss of the remaining part of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 as he has tragically lost his dad. He has chosen to leave the bio-secure bubble of SRH in the UAE and fly back home to be with his family in difficult period.

Informing the same on Twitter, SRH wrote: ” The #SRH family conveys its heartfelt condolences to Sherfane Rutherford and his family on the passing away of his father. Sherfane will be leaving the IPL bio-bubble to be with his family in this difficult hour.”

Sherfane Rutherford was roped-in by SRH in front of the UAE leg of the IPL 2021 as a substitution of Jonny Bairstow, who pulled off from the season refering to individual reasons.
